DCA is an IT consulting and staffing firm helping successful companies and healthcare facilities attain their IT business objectives. However, it really started over 33 years ago when Sheldon Myeroff had a vision to start an organization that could bring a high quality service to the local employment market.
In 1983, Shel opened the doors of a company he named Direct Recruiters, Inc., originally known as an employment agency for Cleveland, Ohio. Over time, Direct Recruiters, Inc. evolved into a top executive recruitment firm for North America complete with an experienced team of Recruiters, Account Executives and Researchers that is extremely successful to this day. But then a new idea hit. In 2011, Shel joined forces with his Managing Partners and IT experts: Frank Myeroff, Dan Charney and Mike Silverstein to form a partnership that provides a wide variety of IT consulting and staffing solutions for business organizations and healthcare facilities across the US. Together they envisioned a consulting and staffing firm that would deliver a higher level of service than those already in this market. Direct Consulting Associates (DCA) was born. And since that historic day, we’ve made an impact. We help clients achieve their talent and project initiatives through our network of experienced IT consultants and professionals who want to enhance their careers.
